宾馆内部的旅行社超烂，收了钱就什么都不管，随意的把游客卖给别的团，随意更改时间、行程，和合同完全不同，并且无法沟通，把责任全推给导游…我都不知道原来木耳炒肉和水煮大头菜成了大同的地方特色…这个旅行社留给游客的只有愤怒和遗憾！

老牌国营酒店，10年前可能是大同最好的酒店。如今呢，服务一般，设施一般，卫生一般，符合三星级酒店标准。唯一亮点是早餐，丰富也有特色。
