  左云硬件设施最好的酒店，独立院落，很大的停车场，交通便利，服务周到，房间很大，提供左云县的文艺期刊供阅读，期刊内容丰富文采飞扬，入住体验很好。

  服务差的没法说，前台非要看支付信息，要看实际付了多少钱，看了后，经理说你网上的价格太低了，然后就以满房名义给我取消订单！不得已加价200元从前台订的！退房后，说毛巾脏了，扣＊＊；说被单脏了扣＊＊，你们要住的一定要和前台当面点清楚房间有哪些设施，这种行为我还是第一次遇见！给人感觉就是前台和经理看住店客人就像看敌人一样！
