酒店客房服务热情到观察到客人的需求提供红糖、发圈等，第一次来山西就被这位服务员阿姨暖到了。夜幕降临后床边窗外的16层的夜景也OK！我就吐个槽自助餐厅咖啡居然是速溶的黑咖？？？5.1、5.2用早餐，紫甘蓝有腐蚀的霉变忍了，一壶黑黑的咖啡看着像模像样；问服务员这是什么咖啡，理所应当告诉我速溶的！我找到了经理，经理说高峰期忙不开。不是所有的客人都进中早餐，也不是来山西的旅客都喝速溶咖啡的！选择这里入住，选择这里进早餐客人都是有需求的！五星级的酒店不该是这种标准！！！
