住过几次了 前台海燕服务很贴心 地理位置很好 毗邻宽窄巷子、人民公园 锦里 杜甫草堂也就一两公里的距离 地处市中心 春熙路天府广场也很近 集休闲娱乐为一体 后门可以乘车去熊猫基地看国宝大熊猫🐻 地铁站出门就是 出行很方便 所以又一次选择了这家酒店 值得推荐 希望设施有所改善

过年期间，订的亲子套房，到达后发现没有开空调，跟总台说了，没一会儿总台就跟我打电话说给我调整到16楼行政套房，这样就可以开16楼的空调，但孩子喜欢的就是亲子套房的帐篷，书，总台又协调将亲子套房里这些全搬进行政套房里，这下好了，大人小孩都满意！服务态度真的很好，不愧老酒店！稍显不满的是卫生间盥洗台下地面有一个某山泉的矿泉水瓶，我们入住就发现它在那里，住了三晚上它还躺在那里。不仔细看，发现不了。

位置非常好，黄金地段，房间非常大，非常安静，卫生很干净，旁边就是景区宽窄巷子，非常适合旅游，前台英英和海燕服务特别贴心，办理入住时赠送了水果，服务真的一级棒，还给免费升级了套房，今天还续住了两晚，以后还会再来！值得推荐！
