开了一个套房 空调开了一晚上 没有反应。睡感冒了……找前台说你自己不早说，然后吃早餐 那个工作人员态度也不是很好 。一大早真不是听你们在这边埋怨的 不是很好的入住体验，管理上应该加强 估计现在1709的套房 空调还是没有改进

这家酒店是通过网上精挑细选的，主要是为了选一家主题酒店让小朋友体验不一样的入住，果然没让我们失望！超级满意！酒店电梯是有楼层梯禁的，需要刷房卡，到达我们预定的公主房17楼后，一开电梯门，小朋友就开心疯了！哈哈哈！满眼全是粉色helloKitty主题的装修设计，超萌！小朋友飞奔进房间，更开心了～各种 helloKitty的用品用具，确实还是看得出此酒店的用心之处，另外不得不说酒店的服务人员态度极好，我们是下午去花水湾泡了温泉又回酒店玩儿儿童游乐设施，体验了儿童卡丁车、淘气堡，虽然只有一位工作人员，可能因为是淡季吧，但服务态度很好，对小朋友很有耐心，之后我们到酒店餐厅用晚餐，酒店餐厅正在推的是泰式小火锅，说实话哈，泰式小火锅不怎么专业，但价格也便宜，可能餐厅厨师更擅长西餐吧，小朋友对意面的评价很不错。另外再说说早上的早餐，自助早餐品种还是比较丰富的，中式、西式品类较齐全，挺满意的。对了，还忘了说酒店配套的水疗馆，小朋友玩儿得超开心，有适合小朋友玩水的温水池，说实话，这家酒店超级适合带小朋友过来休闲娱乐～反正我们下次再来大邑玩儿一定还会选这家酒店的。
