    We have visited this hotel 4 times now and everything was okay previous visits and if not,somehow they always sorted it out.But this time we were fully disappointed and to be honest we wont be coming back here again.Why?Television was not working properly and when we requested for help they send housekeeping to check it and later realized he couldn't fix the problem,on calling the reception the front desk agent Santos informed that there was nothing they could do about it as IT staff was not around,they didn't even bother maybe changing our room or finding a solution for us.Of which we got very disappointed as we wanted to watch some movies but we couldn't. We never booked breakfast before so this time we decided to give it a try and this was the worst experience, they send us for breakfast in what looked like a staff cafeteria,all foods were cold,sausages,eggs and they also put wrong tags for the food and we couldn't differentiate which ones have allergens and which ones dont have coz personally I have some allergies and they send again housekeeping staff to come n check but he said they dont have microwave,they also put plastic paper cups for teas and coffees no proper cups or even teaspoons and cutlery to be precise.This was the worst breakfast we ever had in any hotel as we couldn't even eat we left the breakfast and only had tea yet our breakfast was fully paid. Lastly,around 11 we received a call from front desk today on 27th and we couldn't catch the name of the girl on the phone as she lacks proper professional phone etiquette,she couldn't greet or even ask how we were doing she just said "Boss checkout time is 12 pm" as much as we extended the time to 4pm and paid some extra cash for that which is okay,they didn't care how our stay was or even apologize for the inconveniences caused they just kept saying the TV wasn't working because of AC and didn't even apologize for the breakfast.We are surely disappointed as we also work in hospitality and we know how to deal with guests in situations like this and how to make amends if any inconveniences are caused.This will be our last stay in this hotel.

    The hotel is quite good and the location is nice. However, there is a lack of proper room maintenance and no amenities provided. Towels were not replenished, and despite booking a month in advance, our room was not ready upon arrival. The room includes a kitchen and an induction cooker, but the cooker wasn’t working. There was also no microwave, which was disappointing since we wanted to reheat our food. If the room is equipped with a kitchen, a microwave should definitely be included.

    Disappointing Experience – Not as Advertised I was disappointed to find that the hotel was not located where it was shown on *******. The photos online were clearly taken when the building was much newer and in better condition—the reality didn’t match. The windows in the room were dirty, and the bathroom felt unclean and uninviting. Overall, the hotel did not live up to expectations based on its online presentation.

    I booked a suite at Hotel Mansoura for Friday, April 25, 2025, because of its 4-star rating, but my experience was extremely disappointing.check-in time (3:00 PM - 6:00 PM), and before arriving, I even called to confirm. Despite that, when I got there, I was told the hotel was fully booked. I explained that I had already booked online, but the staff member was very rude and dismissive, simply telling me, “There are too many hotels, I can arrange something else for you.” The customer service was unprofessional, and the reservation staff spoke rudely to me.This is not what I expect from a hotel that claims to be 4-star. I will never stay here again and do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
