酒店预授权扣费未经同意多扣款！入住使用了信用卡预授权扣了600押金，退房时把房卡交上前台，前台交代可以走了。结果一周后被多扣了60元，经携程与酒店沟通得知酒店反馈说我没还两张房卡故多扣60。事实是肯定还了的，当时本人亲自交给前台，前台说可以走了才走的。现钱无法退，只能吃哑巴亏。
个人觉得是酒店的恶意多扣行为。
经这事后我决定以后入住陌生的酒店还是用现金结算好了。
其它方面：位置比较好，距离高速路口不远，开车过去方便；厕所不干净，有黄迹，房内稍有异味但不重；服务方面没感受到，早餐差。最恶心还是恶意扣款这事！
