这家店的环境总体来说还是不错的，从大堂到房间内都是具备很好的服务，但有个明显不足之处就是房间内的灯光是一个很大的“败笔”，阴暗得几乎看不到路，虽说无窗房间很安静，但灯光不够亮就不方便也会给整体的分数大打折扣。十二楼的水压也还是很给力，上楼还必须刷饭卡，这是做的很到位的安全措施。另外提及一下，房间的空间也相当宽敞，多加一盏灯，这房间的性价比不是一般酒店能媲美的。
