带小孩过来度假的，前台服务热情，有礼貌。安排的房间山景房，比较安静，房间卫生非常干净。早晚自助餐比较丰富，种类比较多。第二天一早一家人爬爬莲花山，空气清晰，环境非常棒。12点赶不回来退房，打电话给前台，还可以免费延迟退房。入住体验非常棒。

朋友推荐的，老牌五星酒店，就在莲花山山脚，环境挺好，带小孩出来度假，前台设置了防疫登记，一位叫阿雯的女孩子服务态度非常好，办理入住的是一位男孩子跟戴眼镜的女孩子房间安排的非常好，服务态度也棒。可以看到风景，介绍的也比较详细，房间设备比较齐全，干净，卫生。特别是游泳池那边有泡澡的，湿蒸，汗蒸，健身房。总之非常满意的一次出游。
