设施偏老旧，洗手盆水龙头把手是坏的;一开始安排的房间楼下装修，电钻声很吵，打电话、到大堂投诉了三次，都说会处理，但一直没有解决。直到第三次实在受不了，才提出换房间，谁知换的房间一屋子烟味 ——没有问我吸不吸烟。这样的服务，还五星级，真是无语。也懒得再找酒店换了，再换不知道会给我什么情况的房间。

環境清幽，遠離鬧市，設施保養不錯，去年來的時候網球場正在進行維修，這次再來已經可供使用了，明年還是會選擇這𥚃作為渡假的酒店。

对于挑剔的我来说，已经第四次选择本酒店了，只要你想花4星价格享受超五星酒店，这里绿水青山远离尘嚣浮华，距离深圳近，是休闲度假跑步爬山的不二选择。周边绿水青山，空气清新，服务上乘，客服大，寝具干净舒适，停车位充足，自助餐高大上，如果去长安，只选择莲花山庄，不会让我后悔。
