我们住的是C栋，是新装修的房间，本来有些担心味道，进去后感觉还好。房间挺大的，还算干净，送了一份水果。只是服务上跟五星级差距太大了，我们c栋前台游泳池往哪边走，一脸不耐烦的指了个方向，更是一点笑脸都没有。住其它五星级酒店，去到哪里工作人员都是温文尔雅的，你一个动作一个眼神人家都知道你可能需要帮助，赶紧就会过来询问你是否需要帮助。东莞酒店那么多，如果就是体验个房间，两百多块也能定个宽大舒适的！

太糟糕的旅行体验，游个泳被要求戴泳帽，说去拿了，不听，被逼上岸。为什么要戴泳帽，也说不出原因。真是无语，态度恶劣。乘兴而来蚊兴而归。不想再去。

位置很好，景色也不错，早餐…对于这个价位酒店来说，一般吧。房间蛮大，也算干净，就是总不给放香皂，这个………服务态度各有千秋，开单的挺有脾气，网上订的房间竟然是刚装修好的，没等进去都熏出来了，还不想给换前面楼的，后来发火才给换的，无语。希望改善。

老客户了，这次订的无早特惠房，到酒店之后才发现原来这房型是新装修的，独立于主楼的另外一栋，到了酒店大堂前台美女指引过去的，指示牌不是很显眼的位置，不好找，建议订不含早的，因为房间走去西餐厅有一定的距离。房间空间很开阔，设计风格比较现代，房间对面的那条街道很多吃的，很方便，夜景也不错，赞！不过有利也有弊，靠近马路多少有点噪音，房间的WIFI挺强的，床很舒服，一觉睡到自然醒，总体都挺满意，很久没在帝豪订到这么优惠的房间了，希望这个优惠价格可以持续久一点，哈哈。
