连续两次入住，在再三强调需要无烟房，并得到肯定的确认后房间发现烟灰缸；入住接待服务员太差，与五星级服务不符;大堂吧的赠饮如果是那日的冷眼相待的话宁愿没有。大堂汽车开门服务，着急关门，夹到客人的脚，还硬要关门。中餐厅和自助早餐的遭遇就不累述。
