满满的坑爹，退房时我们就喝了两瓶矿泉水，硬要说我们喝了两瓶矿泉水和一瓶红牛，这是根本没有的事硬要塞给我们，还说监控可以查的到，也不见他查，而且最主要的是前台服务态度特差，说话爱理不理的。
