楼层搞卫生的阿姨真是SB，都还没有退房，并且房间里还放着衣服，啥也不说，也不问前台，就直接把衣服收走！前台更搞笑，向你们反馈问题了，还说不可能的事，非得客人催你们问搞卫生的阿姨后，才承认事实！虽然最后衣服拿回来了，弄丢我一双袜子，东西不值钱，但让人重新去买，也是件麻烦事。
另外，别光想着收钱！有没有交齐房费，麻烦你们自己内部先查清楚！解决问题的时候不见你们有那么积极。
