同程订的票，到了说查不到订单，电话联系同程，折腾了半小时，终于搞定，希望同程以后与各酒店能提前做好沟通，不要耽搁客人的时间。酒店设施陈旧，房间安排在四楼，四楼有个平台，上面布满了空调机组，噪音大，果断要求換房，告知大床房都在四楼，沒办法要求换成二楼的标间，第二天退房发现二楼也有大床房，对店家这种不诚信的做法表示愤慨和鄙视。温泉还可以，由于是晚上7:30去泡的，几乎没人，虽然有些池子水不热，但也泡得很舒服。

开始，在网上预订的是240的标间，页面介绍和网友的评价让我感到是有免费温泉门票的，可是到了前台被告知“没有”。只好电话联系艺龙客服，另外改订了330的豪华标间+温泉门票，但是房间依然是开始的普通标间，最后经过维修门锁和电话终于可以入住了...真是无语。总体的体会是“服务跟不上，设施陈旧，温泉还不错。”有必要提醒网友的是“一定要确认有没有附加的温泉门票和早餐，问清楚：是不是普通标间=豪华标间”！
