同程有长进。去年五一期间去武汉，只有取换票窗，昨天在温泉酒店换票，有了专门的pos机之类(恕我等不懂)，看看客户手机订单或短信，输入后票就打印出来了！不错，点赞！酒店印象还不错，前台服务的很热情！
