这次入住时，服务员临时整理房间，很草率，没换枕头巾，在我的要求下才换。等服务员离开后，发现马桶没冲洗，厕纸没换上，前任房客扔在地上的烟盒也没收掉。淋浴房的花洒不能用。我可是贵店的常客哦。好失望。
