在东阳当地可能算是硬件设施最好的酒店了，但服务始终上不去，我这是时隔半年再次惠顾这个酒店了，依旧服务没有起色。
到酒店大堂特意问到酒店房间是否有送餐服务，答复是有！到房间找遍所有地方都没有一本系统的服务指南，更没有可以点餐的菜单！电话上倒是做好了一个按键是点餐的。接通后告知打另外一个5758，再打过去，说是收银台不能点餐，让打5777，再打过去，说服务员都很忙不能给您念菜单，确认房间里不提供菜单，您要点餐对不起请到餐厅来！。。。。。。
无语！ 这叫提供客房点餐服务！ 是不是客气到餐厅点了餐还要自己送回自己的房间吃，就是海天酒店提供的客房点餐服务！
