酒店的自然环境挺好，绿色植物多，清净。但是房间卫生条件太一般了，房内的设施也不够上档次，室外温泉有好几个似乎多疏于打理。早餐还算丰富。

免费升级成了别墅房，恰好第二天遇到楼上漏水，立即给换了房间，处理非常快。总体服务很周到。打碎一个烟灰缸，赔了50，算成本价吧，不贵，没坑人。温泉区域虽小，不过每个池子都带按摩，挺好的。是酒店自己锅炉烧的水，想要真温泉就算了吧。哈哈。唯一不好的是洗发水沐浴露比较差。

很好的服务体验，国庆人多，之前订的房间因为有烟味，最后协调换到别墅一晚，虽然不太方便，但服务还是比较到位。早餐比较丰富，温泉和恒温泳池很赞，孩子和大人都很喜欢。酒店空气好，可以爬山休闲，还会再来

酒店房间很大，还准备了婴儿床。酒店服务人员个个都很有礼貌。特别要感谢前台的一个妹妹，6号退房的时候，因为小朋友睡了（一个2岁，一个10个月），跟前台妹妹商量能不能等宝宝睡醒再走，妹妹爽快的答应了。当时真的很意外，小细节体现了酒店宾客至上的理念。让客人有了回家的感觉！建议酒店一定要表扬她哦！因为6号下雨，酒店的设施都没能好好逛逛。听后门门卫师傅说从酒店后门的健身步道走20分钟就能到二王庙的后门。这个酒店我肯定会来第二次的，空气清新，入住安心舒适。宝宝也很喜欢。
