酒店比较新，用的纸、浴袍、毛巾都比较好，温泉应该不是真的，但还比较方便。酒店服务人员态度很好，我们带小孩子，就多给我们拿了双拖鞋。

重要事情说三遍：直接打电话给酒店订房比艺龙便宜！直接打电话给酒店订房比艺龙便宜！直接打电话给酒店订房比艺龙便宜！
艺龙上订了一个标间，一个大床房。艺龙对两个房间都发了确认有房信息。到店后酒店看到艺龙只有标间订单，并且酒店满房，要么等其他客人取消订单，要么我们重新找酒店。于是打电话给艺龙，艺龙表示跟酒店协调。半小时后酒店打电话说有客人取消标间定单，但不是大床房型，价格280元。因为孩子才2岁，单床太窄极易滚下，于是要求酒店保留此房，并继续等待大床房型。酒店态度很好，同意了。
一个小时后艺龙来电话，说艺龙出面为我们协调到了一个单床标间，价格310元，为了表示谦意，我只需支付280元，差价艺龙负责。艺龙无耻吧，非但没有赔付的打算，还抬高房价。我当即表示孩子太小，需要大床房型。艺龙立刻无耻声称我不住就让酒店把房间给别人，我自己出去找一间房，价格最高不能超过双倍房价，并且要自己垫付，拿发票，艺龙才给报销，还说周围酒店他们知道都已经满房。
至此大家明白了吧，艺龙根本就是无赖。后来询问酒店房价得知，挂牌价均比艺龙上订要便宜。
所以：远离艺龙，直接打电话给酒店订房比艺龙便宜！

很好的酒店，酒店很新，看着也比较豪华，服务态度超好，淡季过去非常划算，比虹都水岸强太多，下次去还会选择西岭雪！
