酒店设施还可以，差不多4星标准。服务稍欠不过整体感觉还行，早餐菜品正常算应有水平吧。温泉一般了点，属于“加温的泉水”。春节人手有限，整体可以理解。

酒店位置靠近虹口漂流，环境很不错！几个温泉池可供选择，孩子玩儿得很嗨，都不想起来！房间暖气很足，晚上睡觉有点热，建议带点薄的睡衣！总的来说，很满意……

房间有地暖，睡觉很舒服。周围环境不错，不过温泉服务有待提高，只有一条毛巾，到最后披上比较冷；只有门口有服务员，里面抽烟也没人制止；饮水不是很方便。
