酒店服务非常棒，特别是前台小静，她还带我去看了房间，看到了我满意的房间才住的，房间设施齐全，温泉也很舒服，早餐是自助的菜品很多，特别喜欢这里，还特意去漂流了一次很爽，

非常不错的一家酒店，欧式建筑风格，3层小楼，环境非常幽美，依山傍水，空气新鲜，免费洗肺。第一次入住，感觉服务热情，特别是前台服务员小王，帮我们免费由标间换成了大床房，后来因为钱包忘拿了，她又跑上跑下帮忙寻找钱包，让我们很感激。房间很宽敞，温泉的水质也很好。就是住店的客人只有一次免费泡温泉的机会，建议酒店管理方可以考虑增加一次，反正池子开起的，多几个人泡又不增加费用，还可以赢得口碑，吸引更多的客人，增加回头客

初四入住，冲着今日头条的推荐去的，温泉室内开了一个，室外好像开了5个，不过经过和朋友的讨论应该不是天然温泉水，好在孩子喜欢。房间内迎水面防水处理得不好，有霉点。房间胜在比较大，卫生间全套的科勒洁具为房间档次提升不少，早餐一般，没有热食（现煮）。

酒店位置挺好找，有疑问随时打电话问，前台态度也很好，温泉池子很多，可能是根据去的人数开放的数量不同，那天去的时候，室内一个大的，室外开了5个，有两个特别烫，舒服！水质一般。还有汗蒸室，温泉那边的洗漱用品都是力士的。酒店房间定的家庭房，亲子房，标间，都统一升级成家庭房了，有地暖，房间大，床也大，电视效果一般（不过一般现在不看电视），很满意！夏天来应该更安逸，旁边就是漂流的河
