Location fantastic and service was great. ?However, for the price it was extremely disappointing. ?Window view onto scaffolding opposite with workmen looking in the next morning. ?The room was very cold and despite maintenance coming to look at the AC it never warmed up. Had to get an extra heater later. Breakfast was great but went to the toilet and my breakfast was cleared away so had to start again even though I'd left things on the table. ?I wouldn't go again for the price.

好！就一个字好！早餐也好，服务也好，虽然分的是那种楼中楼，44号房间，但我觉得蛮酷的哈哈哈哈哈哈哈，并且因为布局那个房间很安静，洗护用品也是我最喜欢的百瑞德，房间面积我觉得还好吧哈哈哈哈哈哈哈，虽然跟国内的比不了，但住在这样的建筑里很好啦～喜欢～下次来爱丁堡还要住这里～

这是这次最坑的酒店了，严重怀疑携程根本没有实地考察过酒店就给了很高的评分，价格高到离谱，房间小到离谱，衞生间设施也就是国内2000年左右的古董，而且价格不停上涨，体验特别不好！

酒店有中世纪的外观地理位置特别好，火车站，爱丁堡城堡。等景点步行即可。周边有公园购物中心餐厅等等都特方便。

第一晚安排的房间非常非常小，有点像阁楼一样。订的还不便宜，每晚4000多。找经理了几次，第二天中午换到了正常的房型。订房时，一定要看清楚，并且确定不是那种特别小的阁楼房间。

房间有股难闻的气味，来自衞生间。马桶没有盖子。跟酒店反应，来了个工人，説是淋雨地漏的原因，捣鼓了一下，完全没有效果。要求换房也无果。

意料之外的满意，酒店维护保养的非常好！刚刚抵达就看到礼宾穿着苏格兰传统服饰，非常绅士的帮我们提拿行李，前台服务人员很耐心的和我们介绍各项服务，酒店没有收任何预授权，丝滑入住

感觉酒店比较老了，各方面都比较一般，但是服务人员都很热情。爱丁堡这个城市那种萧索感我不是很喜欢，六月初到的，还是得穿薄羽绒服。遇到了一家披萨特别好吃的店，还有一家拉麪挺好吃的，下次来英国不会来这里了

房间乾净衞生，酒店有特色，服务很好，放的曲奇很好吃，睡的床、枕头、被子柔软舒适，境外酒店还得是洲际，一如既往的好评。
