酒店位置、环境在山顶算不错了。前台的服务简直差得不忍直视，餐厅的员工队伍还是比较热心，最他吗差劲的就是前台

没想到在山上也能住到这么好的酒店，地暖很舒服，到金顶需要走一会儿，但并不远。就是住高海拔不太舒服，大家量力而行啊！

地暖很给力，三月份上去冻成狗，一进屋暖和的太舒服了，之前没动房间温度设置，晚上睡觉热的起来把温度调低了两次，吃的比市区肯定贵，比跟以前玩的旅游区比，也不算贵，很不错的一次体验

之前下订单看评论说这个距离金顶走路十多分钟的路程，所以定的这家，订的三楼的观景房，说实话，真的不算什么观景房了，看到的就是楼下，以及旁边的树木，啥景都没有，但是不得不说，这家酒店地暖超给力，24小时热水超棒，爬了一天的山，冲个热水澡，也是舒服的不要不要的，距离山顶挺进的，晚上天气好的话，可以看见星星，早上早点起就可以爬到山顶占个好位置。

4月23号下午五点过预定的，到了雷洞坪后，带着老人和两个小孩，加上天气大雾上山很不安全，加上老人小孩爬不动，根本赶不上索道，马上申请取消，但酒店完全不考虑我的实际情况不予取消，让我非常不解，这样的情况不能考虑下我的特殊情况，酒店服务员在电话里面态度也奇差，遇事这样的酒店让我整个旅途辛勤变差，对这个酒店的做法不能理解，必须差评！希望大家不要现在这样没有良心的酒店

酒店位置很好，设施也很不错，有地暖，24小时热水，干净卫生，前台服务态度特别好，耐心解答问题。早餐也可以，在金顶是不二之选。性价比高！从酒店到金顶几分钟时间。如果早起看日出，还是可以选择这里。
