位置很好，可以开车到半山腰，节省缆车费。酒店设施很一般，没空调。早餐量大，还都是土鸡蛋，感觉挺实惠，比晚餐的性价比高

酒店管理非常不好，酒店位于七星寨，早上买了票进了七星寨玩了，晚上我们到了酒店门口居然不让我们进去，打电话给酒店说我们没提前告诉它要去住。那么冷的天我们在门口等了半个月多小时都没结果服务很差劲，这个酒店是我碰到过最差的！

真心划不来～酒店在山中间 背包加行李在怎样精简也5 6斤了背行李上来住酒店真不如住山下算了～而且非常冷清～晚上黑乎乎静的要死估计没啥人入驻根本不敢走出去～大峡谷景色感觉也一般 绝壁看下去都是蓬房～太没意思了～不推荐来这酒店也不推荐来恩施～

酒店在七星寨景区内，空气清新，酒店设施好，服务员也挺好的，来大峡谷一定要住在山上，第二天可以直接继续爬山
