不透气，闷，卫生间的灯要跑到进门开，卫生间用品要跑到床头边拿，放洗漱用品的地方占了放包包，或者吃东西的地方

酒店离火车站近，没有早餐，周边环境不好。不过好在吃饭方便，楼下就有很多餐馆，酒店就跟一般的商务宾馆差不多，可是价格却是星级宾馆的价格，也许是因为旺季吧，反正不值这个价钱！楼下有停车场

酒店前台服务十分热情，房间大，除了地毯东西都十分新，硬件不错，房间有两个大窗户，觉得好舒服（忘记拍照了)，性价比高。带了小孩想加份洗漱用品，服务员没给完整1套，通过前台沟通才达成。酒店楼下有好多吃的，但酒店位置估计是新区，要过两三个马路口才是很旺的地方。博物馆（恩施自治州文化中心）就在金桂路上，距离两个马路口，强烈推荐去参观！
