一星都不想给，带着准岳母，女朋友，小舅子（中学生），女友四人入住。酒店图片与实物相差很大，岳母与女友房间有蟑螂，毛巾使用算要消费，退房时，说我和小舅子房间避孕套使用过，要收费。被气炸了，小舅子中学生跟他反复确认过是不是好奇拆开看了，得到回复是绝对没动。是之前住户用过之后，又放回包装盒，极度恶心，这酒店之前不会检查么？真是体验感极差！

简直是骗子，预定的棋牌房，结果给了个普通标间，预定了个普通标间，给了间特价房，房间极差，如果这算四星级那乡镇的小招待所就能评上五星级，跟客服反应情况，结果不声不响的给我退房了，外地来的三更半夜不知所措，不同意退房，要求给我一件我预定的房间，结果到现在已经是夜晚十点四十多，还没给回复，预定需谨慎，大家有什么好的订房软件？求推荐
