酒店在清江边，位置不错，但恩施的交通状况差，堵车。酒店外表不敢恭维，兜了一圈才确认，停车位少，不好停。晚上空调机吵了一晚上。

洗手台装在入门处的，和睡房连通的，洗手台漏水，水全部顺着洗手台底部流出，入门的地上到处都是水，然后好大一股臭水沟的异味，联系前台换房，告诉我没房了，只能让服务员把地拖一下，总而言之，非常不满意，真心差评、差评、差评

房间一股浓浓的臭脚丫子和卫生间臭味，地毯脏。重要是前台服务人员态度冷淡，没有网络竟然解释为下雨下的，说是派人过来看，结果无人管。
