酒店相对较老了，但是看得出以前还是很不错的，交通方便，楼下的值班保安相当热情，我们的车大些，停车虽费了点劲，但还是弄好了。

酒店干净舒适，服务人员热情周到！酒店餐饮也比较受欢迎，晚8点去点餐包房还爆满，订餐还可以送到房间，宾至如归的感觉！

酒店位于商业中心，购物，用餐，交通都特别方便，酒店卫生干净，房间温馨，服务热情，前台业务熟练，开房退房处理的很快，不愧为鹤峰唯一星级酒店的服务，餐厅菜品经济实惠，环境好，味道好，一家人吃的很满意 ，下次还会继续选择这里。

这是我在鹤峰住过的最满意的酒店，不愧为本县唯一一家挂牌的星级酒店。服务员热情相迎、言行文明规范，房间卫生干净，空调效果好，我一觉睡到天亮；餐饮包房有档次，菜品特色（腊猪蹄）突出非常好吃，且价格不贵，离步行街很近，购物方便，交通便捷，到政府、车站步行3分钟可到，值得推荐！！

酒店非常不错，房间干净，服务热情，床软软的，休息的很好，是这次旅途中最满意的酒店，在这个县城里应该是最好的酒店了。酒店旁边就是步行街，吃东西，买东西都很方便，值得推荐！
