女儿城里，晚上逛街吃饭很方便，就是酒店指示牌太少了，酒店太大，不好找住宿的地方！逛了几圈！再就是早饭地方没有空调，夏天吃了一身汗！希望改进！

条件不错，但是前台服务不好。7月29号订的房，8月4号到恩施，打电话问房间的事，前台一直说没有我订房的信息，后来到前台去问，才说有订房信息了。开房卡是另一个女孩子，电脑故障，等了好一会儿才弄好，其间她一直在抱怨。入住手续办了大概十多分钟，整个过程中，前台两个女孩子没有笑容，电脑故障的时候也没安慰一下我们，对于之前说我没订房的事，更没有道歉。酒店本身还好，小贵，考虑到恩施是旅游城市，还是能接受

要给差评了。出来旅游那么多年第一次遇到。洗澡洗了一半。停水了。我也不知道是出来还是继续在浴室呆着了。哎。。既然知道赞修水管。是不是应该提早通知客人哈。让人家有个思想准备。。什么都没有的。发生事情脸安慰也没有？增心失望了

刚开始给我们的房间环境各方面都很差，一股浓浓的汽油味道，因为我们有几个小朋友，所以前台很人性化、帮我们免费升级到主楼这边的房间，给前台工作人员点赞。
