还行吧 跟朋友一起去恩施玩的 提前挺久订的房 不过房间空调不大好 好像说是只要一开就所有房间都开了 一关就所有都关了 就制热不好感觉有点不爽

看到同程上写的免费停车定的她们家。到了以后一看是小区的公寓18楼，停车楼下保安要20元。上了楼18楼 老板说他家不免费停车 。我们说是看到同程的免费停车才定的房间。一听说我们要老板给报销20元停车费，给我们一开始安排的是标准间窗户很小。我们说在同程看的图片是大床房1.5米，是带窗户和电脑的。老板很精明的说特价房都不写标间还是大床房，因为客户需求不一样。我们说你应该及时更改信息，这样误导消费者要求退房，老板和前台服务员说还有一间大床房被定了，我们准备同程投诉退款，我们说按同程定的时间谁先定的谁有优先选择权，这才很不情愿的把房间给我们。房间地上卫生很差。而且标注离女儿城2公里，实际是4.6公里。我们想说老板套路太深，现在北方人不比你们傻多少，你们也比我们精不了多少。
