设施在新建酒店中算四星水平、没有硬伤都还不错、服务水平有待提高、明早很早出发需要打包些早餐带走、跟前台说了、答复说“我们管不了餐厅您自己去跟他们说吧”、结果我自己打了招呼以后第二天还是给我忘了… 地下室的足疗按摩也是外包企业、费用不能计入房费必须当场结算、技师虽然工作态度可以比较卖力但一点都不舒适、欠缺培训、给五星级酒店整体服务水平拉低分数
