恩施最好的酒店？五星？旋转门坏了两天没人修，也没有门童帮客人开门，更没见过帮运行李的。房间没有咖啡（但是有砂糖包），没有浴缸，没有赠送的袋子，马桶不是缓降的，灯光效果很不明亮，大大的落地窗外面就是一个大大的垃圾场，这“景观”也是醉了。早餐说是十点结束，但是还差一刻钟就乒乒乓乓的收盘子了，饮料牌子也收了，都不知道是啥怎么接来喝……唯一亮点是晚餐自助性价比不错，夫妻俩带个1.2米以下小孩只要180，菜品还可以，种类和味道都值回票价。然而三文鱼很硬，怀疑是虹鳟鱼冒充的。另外，大堂气派，漂亮，有五星风范。
