酒店的服务好，服务员非常亲切温和，整个酒店给人一种温馨体贴的感觉，从火车站乘30路公交车就可以到达。在土司城景点边上，周边商业不是很发达，但有家蛮大的超市，生活用品什么都有。

酒店在土司城内，离土司城景区大门步行3分钟。酒店有专门的停车坝子，车位充足。房间内设施设备齐全，还专门为旅客准备了一袋免费的恩施绿茶。早餐品种不多，味道还行。周边餐馆很多，吃东西方便而且价格不贵。
