酒店设施有些陈旧，有大型停车场。楼下晚上有吃宵夜的地方和超市。距离吃海鲜的地方不远，企沙镇也不大。由于国庆期间，前台办理入住人员接电话较忙，导致办理入住时间较长。要求酒店开发票，被酒店以优惠房不开发票为由拒绝！

还不错，就是设施太陈旧了！入住的房间空调坏了，洗手池水管也是坏的！换了一间房间，空调还是不好使！床垫凹凸不平！国庆期间三百多一间的房！但是服务很好，终于有星级的感觉了！不过听说是企沙比较好的宾馆了！

酒店在企沙来说还是可以的，就是设施老旧，酒店的免费早餐惨不忍睹，去市场自己买海鲜吃才过瘾，最满意的是停车场

酒店地理位置不错，设施有点老旧，早餐很简单，每次去都不要早餐圈，自己去吃海鲜好了，最满意的是停车场，什么时候停车都有地方停。
