小镇上的三星级宾馆跟城市的宾馆确实没得比，卫生一般，房间有小虫、蜘蛛、小蟑螂，空调不好用，前台服务态度有点生硬，早餐一般，明明携程说是14点退房，非要12点，说是跟携程没有业务关系了。说我们的是网上订的特价房，有的服务要打折扣，这真是奇怪，现在居然还有歧视网上订房的，可见意识非常落后，我携程上订过那么多五星级四星级酒店，人家都没有这么说的。

怎么说呢，在一个小镇有一家三星级宾馆，很难得了。但是无论是服务还是设施卫生都达不到星级宾馆的标准。房间有小虫、蜘蛛，空调不好用，前台服务人员态度有点生硬，明明携程上说是14点前退房，非要12点退，说是跟携程没有业务关系了。
