在携程上住过的最差一次。价值接近500元的星空房，不如其他地方100块钱的农家乐。在设施上：1.桌子摇摇欲坠，破旧不堪2.浴缸全是灰尘和蚊子3洗手间没有洗漱用品（而我旁边朋友的房间有）4浴室脏的没发下脚5卫生间没有纸，马桶奇脏。在服务上：1根本就没有服务可言，我问星空顶板为什么不能用，定星空房就是为了可以看星星。老板爱理不理：就是坏了，我再追问完全当我是空气不理人。2朋友房间没有卫生纸，打电话给前台。前台回复要纸自己下来拿。3.一开始我通过携程全款预定，告知我们没有订单，等了半个小时（期间自己忙自己的）终于有人解决找到订单。4.离店时要求发票，告知没有。为什么没有，服务员告诉我没有就是没有，开不了！还翻了一个白眼。总结：此家店主要是靠接受团队旅客挣钱，无服务、无清洁可言。作为金牌携程会员，强烈要求将此类客栈下架！大家一定不要受骗上当！
