客栈装修挺温馨的，比较新，整洁干净，麻雀虽小 五脏俱全，空调给力！就在江边，楼下的咖啡吧很有情调，晚上睡觉很安静，睡得很香！

酒店位置很方便，离南华门很近，在就江边，我住的江景房角度特别好，看上游和下游都非常舒服，我对凤凰的好感有一半来自我住的房间，除了在古城闲逛就是在阳台喝茶、发呆。

很有特色的酒店，很干净，前台的态度也很不错，提前预留的车位也很方便，就是开到停车场要有耐心，古城那路实在是太窄了，酒店离核心区也不远，晚上没那么吵，客服也挺好，就是没有沐浴露和洗发水有点不合理，希望店家考虑。
