说说我这次的入住感受吧
好的方面1：9号夜班前台服务很好非常值得表扬
2：第一次入住是上周酒店给我升级了房间和服务态度都非常好
不足之处
1 8号下午6点宾客服务差10点宾客热线服务差，叫个冰块半个小时才送到
2 入住酒店房间里没有浴袍 音响 连洗衣袋也没有。其次送达速度非常的慢
3说说卫生问题。红酒杯里有灰尘而且非常的厚。我不知道这个酒店搞过卫生没有，5星酒店我觉得非常不应该。而且叫客房处理。9号0点后那个男的客房服务态度差。出了卫生问提酒店没有道歉。让我非常失望
