基本设施都okay，游泳池还没有开放，自助餐不错，值得提前购买晚餐自助餐，床软硬适中，可惜酒店是装修状态，从入门到房间都有一股装修味，坐在床上能听清电梯间的人谈话声，门板隔音差，建议加隔音棉隔音板，房间装修味，年轻如我，不到30岁，半夜三更2-3次咳嗽咳醒，年老如我奶80多岁，半夜3-4点呼吸艰难，觉得不够氧气，要从房间去到酒店外吸氧，老人家看上去整个都不好了，第二天回到广州，马上联系住院诊断是肺部感染，第三天进了icu,现在还没出来，不是说铁定是在酒店感染的，而是之前没事，突然发作。。。没有心情附图，酒店真的很新

休假准备自驾周边游两天，看了点评决定入住万怡，酒店位置佳，周边吃喝玩乐齐全，算是镇上最中心的位置了，说是五星略有差距，大堂略小，大堂正门正在装修显得有些拥挤，装修格调还算不错，新酒店硬件设施维护较好，洗漱用品一般，早餐环境好，出品不错，餐厅服务人员态度好，只是服装略显低档了。说说最为不满的地方，前台接待人员服务用语不规范，交流生硬，感觉非常不好， 影响出游心情，希望提高前台人员与客户之间的沟通技巧。
