酒店很高大上，前台服务态度不热情。自助餐及早餐很不错，品种多，但餐厅的服务员及厨师态度反而比前台好很多，非常热情。房间虽然又有小，但很干静温馨。可惜的是，这么大的酒店，设施很少，没有游泳池，没有小孩玩的地方，我们去时下雨，困在酒店，无事可做。

第一次入住，冲着豪华型来的，首先餐厅服务员意识不够主动，所有服务都需要我主动提出问询，比如热毛巾，比如茶水种类！有种推一下动一下的感觉！其次房间里有赠送矿泉水，但是水不应该放洗手间，感觉不卫生，品种是冰露，档次太低！第三电梯里无泳池健身房等标识注明！也许根本就没泳池和健身房！实属不该！此致

房间舒适简洁干净，这个房间是靠花园的房间，窗外风景很好，晚上特别安静！还含早餐，我每次来佛山都住这个酒店，普通酒店的价格却可以住这么好的酒店，多好！这里交通方便，设施很好，上网速度快！艺龙旅行网订房便宜还反返现，不错啊！
