酒店位于汾水中路，旺中带静，慢慢走十分钟就到百花广场，祖庙地铁站，酒店门口就有公交站。服务态度很好，自助餐野食很新鲜，味道不错。

第一次对五星级这么失望，向酒店前台订了房间确认了价格，临入住前一天因要增加一间房致电酒店，却无意中得知房价不是当初前台确认的价格，前台接待请来值班大堂经理甘经理，我将原先订房前后的情况都说了一遍，这位经理大人不等听完直接打断我的话说他们酒店从没有这样的价格，还直接说就这个价你不住就取消预订，真是让我见识了五星酒店经理说话真牛，五星级酒店就这种素质这种员工？闻所未闻也是让我开了眼界了。
