酒店优点是环境好，湖滨别墅，房间够大！还有一点好处是免查房，退房快！缺点是洗漱用品很差，房间东西不齐全，缺少防滑垫和水壶，管理的细节还有点欠缺。

酒店大堂很气派，但房间设施陈旧了一点。晚上8：20入住4061房间，发现洗脸盆出水特别小，于是第一次打电话叫服务员过来看，服务员说要工程人员维修，我说那就等我们先冲完凉再过来修吧，冲完凉后我第二次打电话，过来的还是服务员，同样说要工程人员维修，好吧！结果等到半夜我们都睡着了，工程人员按门铃过来维修，检查结果是水龙头过滤网堵了，工程人员清洁了一下过滤网，水龙头就出水正常了，作为五星级酒店的服务和设施都有待更新和改进！
