好酒店，赞????！广东来的4号晚上到的，住3晚。酒店新，一家4口住家庭房，孩子喜欢??，有洗衣房及晾晒区，适合家庭游玩住。三天下来感觉很好，服务态度也到位，特别喜欢王红力王经理，由入住到离开服务都很棒????，超赞这家酒店，还来，推荐。

房间以及环境，前台服务，餐厅服务都不错。但对于温泉区的服务我真的想给差评。不知道温泉区跟酒店是不是分开独立经验管理，但不要把你们两者的不满移交到客人身上。我还是第一次遇到住酒店的客人不能在温泉区里面冲洗，也没有柜子放东西。真可笑。服务员给我说只有单独买票才有柜子才可以洗澡。要我回去房间换好衣服才来。我真想问句，这就是你们给的服务吗？？这么冷天气，有想过老人小孩冷吗？

早餐不错，适合带孩子，旁边就是湖，双床房是1米5和1米2的两张床，位置非常好，有地下停车场，室外停车场！旁边不远有半山温泉，非常好！大厅非常气派，all of the services is very nice,they are very friendly.

大人细路都相当happy，重点价钱经济，黄金周出游700几有甘好环境，必须赞！广州来回去滘口车站到西南，相当方便，附近又有永旺，又有河鲜食，打台滴滴就可以，10蚊都五洗！棒棒的
