在酒店前台买了洗衣币，特地等到微信支付成功给前台看了支付信息才走的，结果结算的时候，所有服务员都说我没支付，我自己找了好久的微信交易记录，看到我的支付信息了他们才说那就是我们自己系统的问题，那就可以了，你们自己的问题，你们连个道歉都没有，还怀疑我有问题，所有服务员都没好脸色，真是醉了，以后是绝对不会选择住在这里了

房间配套设施不完善，这么高档次的酒店竟然连浴袍都没有，wifi链接复杂！果盘也没有，浴缸也没有。送了二次充电线都没法充电，服务态度还行！总之不怎么满意，不会再选择入住。
