前台服务态度一般。我网订的注明要大床房，到前台说安排的是双床没有大床房，要我取消订单在前台重新订。（没有房重新订就有房了？）我说是否需要我打电话问客服，回答说等一下，她再调节。等了一阵，调了大床房。貌似主管的男士过来问怎么调了，办入住的服务员说是你让我调的，男士没说什么就走了（他们对话是用的白话，可能以为我听不懂。我跟他们说的普通话）。入住办理成功，但给人的感受与酒店品级还有差距。

环境很好，房间也很不错，就是现在自助餐质量下降不少，早2年去吃自助餐款式很多，现在基本没有什么比较好吃的食物
