首先我是订行政楼层，同程网预订时候，楼层显示是在36楼至38楼。结果当天1点30分到酒店办理入住时，前台说36楼至38楼没有房了，已给我们预留了35层的房间，但享受行政待遇。后来发现有其他排在我们后面的客人入住了36楼，不知是同程网故意坑人的原因还是酒店管理原因？酒店说已预留35层的房间，说明根本就是不安排36层以上的。其次，环境上：酒店在千灯湖公园边上，过马路就能到达。酒店环境接近五星。服务上匹配不上五星标准，当天下午1点40分在前台办理了入住缴费的手续，但前台说房间在做卫生，一般要40分钟完成。好吧，等待。结果，经历过多次询问，酒店方面总是答复房间未完成。直到等待了近2个小时，到3点30分才拿到房卡。这样的服务水平，造成非常不好的入住体验
