我们下午到五点也給不了房我们。不能怪员工，只能怪酒店老板只赚钱，一层楼全垃圾丟走廊！
温泉是很多，人也好多，今時今日的服务，应該不会太多人会再选择再来～～

酒店在高明，还有很多楼盘在建设，这个价格住的公寓其实性价比比较一般，虽然房间挺大，但是空荡荡的，温泉需要做穿梭巴士过去，温泉的服务人员态度非常一般，比我去过的所有温泉态度都要差，早餐还不错就是人太多了，温泉不用说了肯定就是热水，而且人很多，水质并不好！池子不少！整体设施比较新！环境还可以！

公寓干净卫生，就停车位太少，有免费接送车到景点周围建设还没完善，吃的店铺少而且贵，温泉环境好，就是没毛巾，可能过节人手不足吧！爱丽丝关门时间太早，5点半就关，我们4点半买票，售票员又不提醒，走了一半就被叫出来了。

酒店卫生很好，温泉很赞，服务不错，早餐好吃，最需要改进的是枕头，这枕头是我住过的酒店中最高最不舒适的，高的有点离谱，根本没法睡，本想好好睡个懒觉，反而失眠了
