今次订房是给老人家住的，拿房登记时叫前台人员帮我要一间安静一点的房子！结果非常生气！只能说看酒店价格和大堂高大尚，里面缺一团糟！第一，除了次日早上打招呼的清净阿姨之外，其余服务人员没礼貌，没笑容；第二，因为给老人家住，所以选了这家300多的酒店，以为比其他酒店好，结果很差，根本不值这个价！第三，千叮万嘱需要老人家安静房间，却安排在福宴酒家的大排气管旁的房子，早上5：30就开始轰轰轰发出声响！你们自己将心比心，怎么睡？？！！第四，茶水位置天花严重掉灰和发霉（没照相，太丑了）！第五，冲凉的发洒与水管爆开了，一开水试试溅得一身湿！后来要求换了。。⋯⋯以上种种，不是我挑剔，而是最为这么大的九点，就不能按客人要求尽量配合吗？真是金玉其外，败絮其中！非常生气！一开始都不相信差评，现在亲身体验，信了⋯⋯酒店送早餐，如果不问，服务员根本不会主动说、可想而知⋯⋯差
