通过艺龙提前几天预付房费并且通过确认，到店后酒店前台却以各种理由推脱说没有了房间，并多次要求我退款，服务态度极为恶劣，经过一个多小时争吵并投诉到艺龙最后才给了房间。听其言语间透露信息，房间需要留给自己的熟客，在网上预付确认了也没有用！如此服务多好的设施没有用，对于商务出差的人来说以后谁还敢住！至今酒店还没出任何说法：为何在艺龙预付款并经确认后到店却没有房，经投诉后却能又给了房？
